The four magenta phantoms are the named SAP products the category competes on; the two purple phantoms are named credentials TruData has not surfaced. The dashed magenta lines connect each phantom to the cluster where the buyer would expect to see it. Every Tier 1 GSI surveyed names at least three of the magenta phantoms.
